How old?

You are between the ages of 18 and 64.

Identify your needs for lifestyle counselling. You can bring up lifestyle counselling when you go for a health check-up.

PROCESS

Set out on your journey towards a more active life with the coordinator to guide you. Lifestyle counselling lasts for a maximum of 12 months.

CHANGE

Make the new habits you learn part of your daily routine.

FOLLOW-UP

You’ll be in touch with the sports coordinator you have gotten to know 6 months and 12 months after the counselling process.
